Candlewood Lake 6 Miles6 Mile Paddle Avg Speed 4.6 mph :( Top Speed 6.5 mph :)
Well its getting easier but not by much. Today I set out on my 6 mile paddle and fell at least 5 times. I will only count it as 4 falls because on one fall a kid had throw his fishing line way out in the lake and it actually hit me in the face. Needless to say I was unhappy with the lad.
I think that the Sprinter was so stable that it created some bad paddling habits. I am finding that the V10 demands a shorter stroke. This allows me to keep almost a moving brace. I hit a top speed of 6.5 mph without even being comfortable or getting in a groove. Once I build some
comfort and put the power down I think this ski can really motor.

I just bought a V10 Sport and the cockpit is too wide so I slipp around in it. Side paddling helped my stability so I have ordered side pads from Epic but have not yet installed them. I also owned a OK Sprinter years ago.
