Weight Training 8/9/07

Crossfit style workout

Warmup
4 Rounds of

Situp ups 35 Reps. superset with Time: 8:10
Dumbell Bench press 40# 15

Then

Front Squat 85# 5, 85# 7, 85# 7, 85# 7, 85# 7


Total Time 20:00 without warmup. Decent form on the front squat but I had a hard time getting the bar off my chest at the end of the movement.
