After a week off due to shoulder and groin pain and a case of the cold and allergies..it was good to get back on my ski. Not trying to do anything special. Very windy my first 5K was downwind and with very little effort was able to do it in 30 minutes. Coming back was into a fierce headwind which slowed me down to a crawl 45 minutes....
Good to be back in the ski:)
